General ticket Information
1. No refunds are available
We regret that we cannot refund tickets once purchased. But you may sell an unused ticket to another person at a price not above the face value of the ticket. Please bring proof of your ticket purchase with you.
2. All seating is unreserved.
At seated events seating will be available on a first-come first-served basis on the night.
3. Age Suitability
Any age restrictions which apply to particular events will be stated on the bookings page when tickets go on sale. Please note that proof of age to age restricted events may be required upon entrance.
4. What Constitutes a Concession?
Any concessions options will be listed on the bookings page when tickets go on sale. ESCH offers concessionary rate tickets (when available) to people of state pensionable age, people on Universal Credit, students with a valid NUS card and people with disabilities (complimentary tickets are available to carers). Please note that proof of concession entitlement may be required upon entrance.
Terms and Conditions
1. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other events, nor money refunded. Tickets are transferable.
2. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all booking information on the email confirmation/ticket is correct.
3. Entry to events is conditional upon production of proof of ticket purchase and proof of any relevant age and/or concession status
4. The management reserves the right to:
a) refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual equipment
b) deny entry or request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to ensure such
a request is complied with if the ticket holder displays behaviour which in the reasonable opinion of the manage-
ment is antisocial
c) delay or refuse entry of latecomers, depending on the nature of the performance
d) make any change whatsoever in the performance owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause,
cancel the event or performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any
person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management’s discretion, repayment of the
value of the ticket.
