Introducing a new FIT class first thing on Friday mornings at Exeter Street Hall. 9.15-9.50 (£5).

This class is short intervals of cardio and strength exercises. It will improve your cardio fitness, boost metabolism & build muscle/bone strength. All exercises can be adapted for different levels of fitness. A basic degree of mobility and stamina is required.

If you drop in to FIT & Pilates (£8), you will get the two classes for £12.
