Gong / Sound Bath Community Taster Session – An introduction to sound healing

Have you seen ‘Gong Baths’ advertised and been curious about what they are?  Xenia has been running monthly Gong Baths at the Hall for many years and is an experienced sound healer.

Xenia is offering the community the chance to find out a little more about sound healing and experience the sound of the gongs in our community hall.  This is an information talk with a seated taster session to introduce her work – you don’t need to worry about bringing a mat or wearing loose clothes.
