A liberating, joyful class that blends both gentle and dynamic postures. With a meditative focus on breath practices, that stimulate the para-sympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), improving mood, heart rate variability (increased resilience to stress) & relieving anxiety. Exploring the inner landscape through movement and stillness to disorganise tension through the body and restore calm and balance to the mind. Enabling a free flow of energy and a sense of grounded tranquillity.
An accessible class. For all ages, all abilities and all bodies.
Lisa has been practicing yoga for twenty years and has studied continuously since qualifying in 2017. She continues to support the two year teacher training at the Vajrasati school in Brighton (the longest running teacher training in Brighton).
