Restorative Yoga Poses are gentle, passive (laying down) and made comfortable by Yoga props (such as bolsters) to provide maximum comfort for the body to rest and release tension.
No DownDogs. No Movement. Just quiet stillness and relaxation….bliss!
With Pranayama (breathing techniques) & Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). (Excellent for stress, exhaustion, general tension & those looking for deep relaxation)
