Doors open from 9:45pm for a prompt start at 10am.
Please wear loose clothing, bring (yoga)mat, blanket/s, cushion/s to be as comfortable and warm during the session.
(Body temperature drops during the relaxation and the hall’s noisy heater will be switched off during the session.)
