One Man’s Triumph With Shakespeare

When Mark Carey, the author and solo performer, walked into Exeter Street Hall, he said it was just the perfect place to perform his one man show “Into The Breach” which is set in a village hall.
The audience really appreciated his performance. Many different characters that were poignant, touching, comedic and full of pathos. They listened so attentively as he took them on George Crocker’s journey.
His discovery of Shakespeare’s Henry 5th and the relevance to his experience in the First World War was very moving.
