In August 2022, with the support of a £4000 grant from the Enjoolata Foundation and a ton of volunteer effort, we were able to transform our kitchen.
The redevelopment took months of planning so that we could complete the work in a 4-week closure. The kitchen has been transformed from a dated, difficult-to-clean domestic affair into a shiny, stainless steel professional catering one.
The total cost was around £10k We’re so chuffed with the end results.

Since completing the project we have registered as a food business with Brighton and Hove County Council and have just been awarded a 5* Food Hygiene standards rating.
