Annual General Meeting 2019

The 2019 AGM, was held on Friday October 4th. Apart from normal AGM business, the main resolution was on the ‘transfer of engagements’ of the business of The Hall Get Involved Limited to Exeter Street Community Hall Limited. The background to this (which was done to correct an error in THGI’s Rules and which did not change the organisational form of the Hall, its ethos or the people running it) is given in the Transfer of Engagements Information document below.
