Join Vashti bright and early on Thursday mornings.
A dynamic and energising class loosely based on the Ashtanga ‘primary series’. Expect a mix of sun salutations (A and B) as well as classic standing, seated and supine postures, with modifications offered. Best suited to those with some experience of yoga looking for a more dynamic class.

What to bring
- Mat*
- Bottle of water
- Socks and a warm layer (eg a blanket) for the relaxation element
- Any props you might find helpful (eg a block or strap – I do have one or two spare)
Please wear loose comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.
Yoga is most effective on an empty stomach – please try to avoid having a large meal in the two hours prior to the class.
*If you don’t have a mat, let me know and I can bring a spare.
